I ordered a Geosafari Talking Microscope from Booghe which arrived quite quickly in spite of Royal Mail. It was much enjoyed.

Never received item. Paid for express shipping. Kept emailing them and got told to wait 24hrs every time I emailed.
Eventually got a refund after chasing.

HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE! WORST SELLER EVER! I ordered from them through Amazon (I have Prime Membership) and I got a separate bill from UPS for a fee, which I can only assume Booghe Shop said they should bill to me! They never mentioned extra costs on their product - very misleading! It's been a year and Booghe shop is still not settling this. They are wearing me down so I'd be forced to pay for the fee! They keep telling me to not pay and after a year, they say they cannot open a case with the UPS because it's been a year. Well! I kept contacting them to settle it but never got a satisfactory response!!!!

Competitive prices, ordered on a Friday week before Christmas and delivered on the Tuesday by Royal Mail, despite there being a strike. This exceeded my expectations.

The game itself was really tactical and interesting, my boyfriend enjoyed the game, but there was two items missing from the game which customer service sorted it out and sent out a replacement item for the Broadgame.

We ordered two items as Christmas presents and only one arrived in the package. They did refund me the money but it meant I had to find another Christmas present last minute so I won’t use this website again.

First time using this company. Item as described, excellent price and fantastic delivery despite Royal Mail strike. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Avoid like the plague. Worst customer service I have ever recieved in my life. I paid extra for UPS delivery so not to be affected by the strikes. They sent the order by royal mail anyway. When I contacted customer service about this, they just sent me the royal mail tracking number. When I pointed out again that the royal mail tracking number was actually the issue they said, oh we'll investigate with the warehouse. Zero resolution and now I have a gift arriving too late for me to use. Do not shop here, I never will again. Mistakes happen but I do expect issues to be resolved and for that, you need adequate customer service, something you'll not get here.

Bought these items or a 3–4-year-old as a Christmas present.

Due the Postal Strike these items were a tad late, for me to parcel up and send them on.

So disappointed. Placed an order on the 1st December. On the 2nd December I received a notification that it was on the way to Royal Mail but it has never actually reached Royal Mail. It was a 2-3 day delivery and 6 working days later it is still not with me and no one seems to even know where it is. I have chased and all they have said is that it has been dispatched but it is not yet with Royal Mail. Whilst I appreciate there is a strike on, no one seems to even know where my item is and now I’m going to have a disappointed 7 year old!
